Terms and Conditions

All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. If you are purchasing from another country we also accept US dollars and can calculate the pricing and shipping once you have placed your order. When an order has been placed you have up to 24 hours to cancel. Costs for shipping are calculated for mail services If you would like your product by courier, please let us know when placing the order. General postage for single medium to large size items is flat rate $15.00.

Purchases over $100 receive free shipping!

We strive to provide the best customer service possible! If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us on this site or by email within 5 days of receipt and we will be happy to take it back. Return postage paid by customer and full refund (minus postage) given upon receipt of return.

All items are fully checked for damages prior to shipping. Any defective merchandise is fully compensated – please contact us if you have any questions!

We use post to ship and all packages include a tracking number which is emailed to you directly by canada post.  It is customers responsibility to ensure to track and be aware of delivery. If a package is showing as delivered to the address on the order, Echo Verde cannot be responsible for loss.  If tracking does not show a delivery, Echo Verde will investigate and either refund or replace the items. 

When shipping returns from USA:  Please note that as we are based in Canada we cannot issue a return slip to the US.   If you mail items back to us, please ensure there is a zero value and items are marked as return or damaged.  If items incur customs charges we will have to deduct this from your final refund.
