We’re a big fan of Tia-Clair Toomey for her inspirational dedication to her family and her sport. Having won six consecutive Crossfit Games, she’s won more titles than any other athlete in the sport, and competed in the Olympics. Go Tia! Having taken a step down from competition this year to have her baby, she’s enjoying family time at home while making her way back to the gym in a way that’s healthy for her and her family. Tia champions open-mindedness towards always getting better; encouraging health, fitness and good habits in our every day lives.
